Istari Digital Platform — User Guide
This guide walks you through every major feature of the Istari Digital Platform, organized by concept. Each section explains what you can do and exactly how to do it in the Istari Digital web app.
Navigation Overview
After signing in, the header search ( ⌘ K / Ctrl K ) and the sidebar on the left provide primary navigation.

Below the main icons, the sidebar footer includes:
- Admin (shield icon) — organization administration at
/admin(organization administrators only) - Documentation — opens external documentation in a new tab
- Avatar menu — profile, password, application, developer settings, and log out
User Menu
Click your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar to open:
- Profile — edit your name
- Password — update your password
- Application — font size, theme, and experimental features
- Developer — personal access tokens and registry URL
- Log out — sign out of the platform
Guide Sections
- Search — find systems, resources, and agents from the header search bar
- Notifications — inbox for resource shares and job updates when enabled for your deployment

Tips
- Copy link, title, or ID: On a system detail page, click the ⋯ menu, open Copy, and choose Copy URL, Copy title, Copy title as link, or Copy ID.
- Navigate with breadcrumbs: Breadcrumbs at the top of detail pages let you jump back to parent pages.
- Resizable panels: On the system and files detail pages, drag the divider between panels to resize them. Click the panel collapse icon (or press Cmd+[) to collapse or expand the left panel.
- Pagination: File lists and job tables support pagination — use the controls at the bottom to navigate between pages and adjust page size.
