Download Istari software from the Customer Portal

Use the Istari Customer Portal to download release packages (agent installers, modules, utilities), pull container images and Helm charts, and view license details. Access is by invitation; use the sign-in URL Istari Digital provides for your organization.

Before you start

  • You need a portal account and access to your organization. If you cannot sign in or do not see your organization, contact Istari Digital.
  • File downloads (installers and similar assets) require a JFrog service account for your organization. If downloads are unavailable, ask Istari Digital to confirm the service account is provisioned.
  • For Docker and Helm, you use the registry host istaridigital.jfrog.io with credentials supplied from the portal (see below).

Open the Istari Customer Portal in your browser (https://portal.istari.app) and sign in.

Browse releases (Assets)

  1. The sidebar lists Releases and Assets. Assets are grouped by categories Docker & Helm, Istari agent, Integrations, and Utilities.
  2. Use Search assets or the release version shortcuts in the sidebar to narrow by month or version.
  3. Open an asset’s row to see variants (for example OS or architecture). Use Asset details (details drawer) for checksums, version fields, and download or pull actions.

Download installers (agent, modules, utilities)

  1. Find the installer under the appropriate category.
  2. Open Asset details for the file you need.
  3. Choose Download and save the file.
If the button is disabled or a message indicates no service account, contact Istari Digital.

Pull Docker images or Helm charts

  1. Under Docker & Helm, select a docker images or helm charts asset.
  2. Open Asset details for that asset.
  3. Select Generate ready-to-use commands. The portal creates a short-lived JFrog token and shows a login command (docker login or helm registry login) targeting istaridigital.jfrog.io, followed by the pull or install command.
  4. Copy the block immediately; the token is shown only once.
  5. Run the commands in your terminal in order.

Use the service account username displayed in the instructions as the registry user when you set environment variables such as ISTARI_ARTIFACTORY_USERNAME for Helm or Kubernetes secrets.

View license information

  1. Open License Management in the sidebar (available when your account has access to license views for the selected organization).
  2. Review active licenses and copy license material as needed for your deployment.

If your license is expiring soon, contact Istari Digital to discuss renewal.

Documentation for the Istari Digital Platform is also linked from the portal sidebar (Documentation).
