Downloading Usage Metrics

Customer admins can download usage metrics for their Istari Digital platform. This feature allows you to track and share resource utilization over specific time periods.

Accessing Usage Metrics​

To download usage metrics from your Istari platform:

  1. Log in to your Istari platform with administrator credentials
  2. Navigate to the Admin Panel from the sidebar
  3. In the Admin Panel, locate and click on "Usage Metrics"
  4. Choose your desired time range for the usage metrics
  5. After selecting your time period, click the "Download" button
  6. The system will generate a CSV file containing the usage metrics for your specified time range

What's Included in Usage Metrics​

The downloaded CSV file contains information about:

  • Models created within the tenant
  • Snapshots created within the tenant
  • Jobs created within the tenant

Troubleshooting​

If you encounter issues downloading usage metrics:

  • Ensure you have administrator privileges on the platform
  • Check that your browser allows file downloads from the Istari domain
  • If downloads fail repeatedly, contact your Istari support team
