Sign-up Guide

Follow this guide to create your Istari Digital Platform account.

Before you begin

  1. Install Google Chrome — download and install the latest version.
  2. Install an authenticator app — on your mobile device, install Google Authenticator or a compatible TOTP app. If you already have one, skip to the next section.

Sign up with SSO

  1. Open your organization's Istari Digital URL (e.g. istari.companyname.com) in Google Chrome. Contact your IT administrator if you don't know the URL.
  2. Click the Google sign-in button.
  3. Enter your Google account email and password, then complete Google 2-Step Verification.
  4. Fill in any required registration fields and click Register.
  5. Accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  6. Set up two-factor authentication — choose the Authenticator App option and scan the QR code with your app.
  7. Enter the generated code before it expires (codes rotate every 30 seconds).
  8. A success message confirms your account is ready.

Sign up with email

  1. Open your organization's Istari Digital URL in Google Chrome.
  2. Enter your email address and click Next.
  3. Click Register and fill out the form. Your password must include:
    • At least 8 characters
    • Uppercase and lowercase letters
    • At least one number
    • At least one special character
  4. Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  5. Enter the verification code sent to your email. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
  6. Enter your password to log in.
  7. Set up two-factor authentication — choose the Authenticator App option and scan the QR code.
  8. Enter the generated code to complete sign-up.

FAQ

  • What is my username? Your work email address.
  • What is an authentication code? A time-sensitive code generated by your authenticator app. It refreshes every 30 seconds and verifies your identity.
  • Can I skip the authenticator app? No — an authenticator app is required. Contact your IT administrator if you cannot install one.
  • What devices support the authenticator app? iOS and Android phones, and compatible desktop platforms.
