Reset Password

If you forgot your password, you can reset it by following the steps below.

Reset Password

1. Open your browser and visit the Istari domain applicable to your organization.
   If you're unsure of the correct URL, contact your IT administrator.

2. Enter your email address.
   On the login screen, type the email address you used to sign up for Istari Digital into the Email Address field, then click Next.

3. Click the “Reset Password” link.
   On the password entry screen, click Reset Password to initiate the reset process.

4. Check for confirmation.
   A message will appear confirming that a password reset email has been sent to the address you entered.

5. Open the password reset email.
   Go to your inbox and locate the email from Istari Digital. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder. Open the message and click the Reset Password button to proceed.

6. Set your new password.
   On the Set Password screen, enter your new password in the Password field, and re-enter it in the Password Confirmation field.

   Your password must meet the following criteria:

   • At least 8 characters long
   • Contains at least one lowercase letter
   • Contains at least one uppercase letter
   • Contains at least one number
   • Contains at least one symbol
   • Both fields must match exactly

7. Click Next to confirm.
   After entering your new password, click Next to submit.

8. Password reset confirmation.
   You’ll be redirected to a confirmation screen stating your password has been successfully reset. Click Next to continue.

9. Return to Istari Digital.
   You will be automatically logged in or redirected to the home screen.
