Sign-up Guide

Welcome to the Istari Digital Platform! Follow this step-by-step guide to set up your Istari Digital account.

Before Signing Up​

  1. Install Google Chrome.
    Download and install the latest version of Google Chrome on your computer.

  2. Install Google Authenticator.
    On your mobile device, go to the app store and search for Google Authenticator by Google. Download and install the app. If you already have it, you can proceed to the sign-up section.

Sign-Up with SSO​

  1. Visit the Istari domain applicable to your organization.
    Use Google Chrome to go to your organization's Istari login URL (e.g., istari.companyname.com). If unsure, contact your IT administrator.

  2. Click the Google sign-in button.

  3. Enter your Google account email and password.
    Proceed through the standard Google Sign-In flow.

  4. Complete Google 2-Factor Authentication.
    Confirm your identity using your registered device.

  5. Fill in any required registration fields and click Register.

  6. Agree to Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

  7. Set up 2-Factor Authentication.
    Choose the Authenticator App option (Google Authenticator or similar).

  8. Scan the QR code using your mobile device.
    Use the Authenticator app to scan the QR code displayed on screen.

  9. Enter the generated code.
    The code changes every 30 seconds. Enter it into the field before it expires.

  10. Confirmation and access.
    You'll see a success message once 2FA is verified. You’re now signed up.

Sign-Up with Email​

  1. Visit your organization’s Istari domain.

  2. Enter your email and click Next.

  3. Click Register and fill out the sign-up form.
    Enter your name, email, and preferred password. Your password must include:

    • Minimum 8 characters
    • Uppercase and lowercase letters
    • At least one number
    • At least one special character

  4. Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  5. Enter the verification code sent to your email.
    If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or use the Resend Code option.

  6. Enter your password to log in.

  7. Set up 2-Factor Authentication.
    Choose the Authenticator App option and scan the QR code with your app.

  8. Enter the generated authentication code.

  9. Success! a You'll be logged into Istari Digital.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)​

  1. What is my username?
    Your work email address.

  2. What is an authentication code?
    A time-sensitive code generated by your authenticator app. It refreshes every 30 seconds and is used to verify your identity.

  3. Can I skip installing Google Authenticator?
    No. Google Authenticator or a compatible app is required. Contact your IT admin if you cannot install it.

  4. What devices can I use for the Authenticator app?
    iOS or Android phones, and compatible desktop platforms like macOS via supported apps.
