Sign-in Guide

If you have an Istari Digital account, please follow this step-by-step guide to sign in.

Visit the Istari domain applicable to your organization using Google Chrome. If you don’t know the correct domain, please ask your IT administrator.
Enter the email address you used to sign up for Istari Digital in the Email Address field.
Click the Next button .
Enter your account password when prompted.
Click the Next button .
You will be prompted to enter a two-factor authentication (2FA) code from your authenticator app.
Open your authenticator app and retrieve the 6-digit code associated with your Istari Digital account.
Enter the 2FA code before it expires and continue. .
You have successfully signed in to the Istari Digital platform.

Select your existing account from the home screen.
On the Verify 2-Factor screen, you will be prompted to enter your two-factor authentication code from the Google Authenticator app.
Open the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device to select the authentication code associated with your Istari Digital account and copy the authentication code.
On the Verify 2-Factor screen, enter the authentication code into the Code field before the code changes in 30 seconds and click the Next button .

Click the Google button .
On the Google Sign In screen, enter your email address you used to sign-up for Istari Digital in the Email field.
Click the Next button .
On the Password screen, enter the password associated with your account in the Password field.
Click the Next button .
On the 2-Step Verification screen, you will be prompted to confirm your identity with your Gmail app on your mobile device.
Open the notification on your mobile device and verify it’s you by clicking on Yes It’s Me button .
On the Verify 2-Factor screen, you will be prompted to enter your two-factor authentication code from the Google Authenticator app.
Open the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device to select the authentication code associated with your Istari Digital account and copy the authentication code.
On the Verify 2-Factor screen, enter the authentication code into the Code field before the code changes in 30 seconds and click the Next button .
You have successfully signed in to the Istari Digital platform.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

I can’t remember my username and password. Will my IT Admin or Istari Digital Staff have it? Your username is your work email. If you can’t remember your password, please reset your password to access the Istari Digital Platform.
What is an authentication code? An authentication code is a string of numbers (a code) that can only be used once and that expires after a set amount of time. You will enter the authentication code to access Istari Digital Platform. You get your authentication code by opening the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device and selecting the authentication code assigned to Istari Digital during the sign-up process.
I’m not allowed to (or don’t want to) download the Google Authenticator app on my mobile phone. Please check with your employer if you are unsure whether your employer-owned mobile device is permitted to download the Google Authenticator app.
What types of devices can I use for the Google Authenticator app? You can use the Google Authenticator App on most types of mobile devices and any laptop or desktop computer.
