Remote Sharing - Shared Responsibility Model

Overview

As an Istari customer, you have a shared responsibility with Istari as a partner in the deployment of the Istari system. Our shared responsibility model can be found here.

When you partner with another organization having an Istari installation for the purposes of sharing your models or receiving models from an external organization into your organization through Istari, all parties involved in sharing models bear responsibility for handling model data appropriately and according to their organization's policies as well as the policies of the partner organization.

Istari recommends that all organizations engaged in remote model sharing through Istari have written policies and agreements defining the shared responsibilities of model owners and external organizations gaining access to those models through Istari's remote sharing capabilities.
