Manage a System
Create a System, change its name or description, copy a link to it, or archive it. What the System contains — Resources, folders, and Subsystems — is edited on the branch. See System tree and Subsystems.
Create a System
- Go to the Systems page.
- Click Create (plus icon) in the top-right corner.
- In the Create system dialog:
- Enter a Name (defaults to "Untitled system").
- Enter a Description (required).
- Click Create.
- The new System's detail page opens.
Edit the name or description
- Open the System.
- Click the ⋯ menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Edit system details.
- Update the Name and/or Description.
- Click Update.
Required role: Editor, Administrator, or Owner.
Copy a link, title, or ID
- Open the System.
- Click the ⋯ menu in the top-right corner.
- Open Copy, then choose:
- Copy URL — a link to the System
- Copy title — the System name
- Copy title as link — the name as a markdown link
- Copy ID — the System ID
Archive a System
- Open the System.
- Click the ⋯ menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Archive system.
- Confirm in the dialog.
You can also archive from the Systems grid: click the ⋯ menu on the card and select Archive.
Required role: Owner only.
