Uploading Files

If you are the owner of a file, you can upload it to the Istari Digital Platform. Technically, Istari Digital isn’t uploading the file – it’s just creating a reference to it. This means Istari Digital never sees the data and the file always stays on your own network.

  1. On the Files page, drag and drop files into the Upload Files area OR click the Upload Files area to select a file from the selection menu.
  2. Select the file(s) you would like to upload and click "Open".
  3. A popup will show the progress and status of each file upload.
  4. Once the files are successfully uploaded, they will appear below Upload Files on the Files page.

Troubleshooting​

If you cannot upload a file, please confirm that your file is in a format that is compatible with the platform. To check whether your file type is supported, go to the Supported Integrations page.

Note: If a file is taking a long time to upload, this may occur as large files take longer to upload depending on the size of the file and the speed or stability of the network connection.
